24/7 Communication OfficerCrime doesn’t sleep or take holidays and weekends off and we don’t either. Our office is open 365 days a year 24 hours a day. A Carrizal & Associates, Inc. Communication Officer is available to our customers to answer any questions and address any problems as well as supervise the officers assigned to our client locations any time of the day or night. Automated Scheduling and Electronic TrackingCarrizal & Associates, Inc. utilizes a state-of-the-art automated scheduling system, which integrates scheduling, payroll, and invoicing as well as enhanced employee performance and training tracking. This system requires all security officers to call on and off duty from a landline at our client locations. This assists us in electronically tracking when an officer is late and prevents billing errors. The system will send a notification to the Communication Officer if the assigned officer has not checked in within 5 minutes of their scheduled start time preventing lapses in security coverage. GPSCarrizal & Associates, Inc has a fleet of mobile patrol cars equipped with a live GPS system through Sprint/Nextel. This system is a huge benefit to our customers. The Communication Officer monitors the system, if there is a problem at any of our locations the Communication Officer can immediately determine which unit can most quickly respond. Be it a burglary or an officer has not arrived on post we are always quick to respond!
