Security & Patrol Services
Our service philosophy is based on customer needs being met, maintained and exceeded at every opportunity. This means a significant investment of time and resources to manage an effective plan of delivery of services on regularly scheduled accounts as well as emergency procedures in place to provide coverage in client-request or employee-based fill-in situations. Solid field management makes this type of response possible and ensures seamless service to the client. We currently staff government, commercial, retail and industrial accounts, and many other clients with uniformed officers on a 24-hour basis. At all locations, there are fixed, post and patrol assignments. We are consistently regarded as a quality provider of security services to our client base. By providing well-trained guards with the tools and information they need to communicate and perform their jobs effectively, Carrizal keeps turnover and the associated costs to a minimum. Our security officers are recruited from specific sources and have law enforcement, military or prior security officer service backgrounds. They are qualified in the requirements of the Texas Department of Public Safety Licensing Division for security officers and take test in-house to assure their quality and acceptance. Our security officers meet stringent pre-employment standards including criminal background screening, drug testing and qualification interviews with officers of the company. Our field supervisors provide constant on-the-job training and assessments and our security officers are cross-trained to provide the highest level of service to our clients in the field. Our policies and procedures are clearly defined and outlined for our company in handbooks and manuals prepared for and distributed to our employees. The security services we provide include:

Client account management is the key to successful security services delivery in a large, managed environment. Initial meetings with the client are paramount to establishing proper methods for delivery of service, communication protocols and emergency response methods. Carrizal would also recommend the establishment of daily updates to the client through memorandum of service that addresses scheduling, incidents, pass-on logs and external communications. Carrizal will be constantly accessible by telephone and radio, direct to the client supervisor assigned to the account. Carrizal recommends initial personalized walk-through training with the supervisors and operational managers assigned to an account. This training is developed into on-the-job and pass-on training to guards specifically assigned to the account. Continual development of security services, constant communication with the client and intense scrutiny of the delivery of guard services and supervision will ensure the most cost-effective work product for the benefit of the client.
